1. Merchant of Record

Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all Vidoby web purchases, so refunds are processed through Dodo. EXAFABS never receives or stores your card details. As Merchant of Record, Dodo collects and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST on your purchase, and retains the related billing and transaction data under its own policies.

2. Failed jobs are never charged

When a generation starts, we reserve the credits it may need. If the job fails, those reserved credits are released back to your balance automatically — you are never charged for failed work, and no refund request is needed. If a completed job costs fewer credits than reserved, the difference is returned to your balance as well.

3. Credits

Credits are consumed when a generation completes. Consumed credits and completed generations are non-refundable, because you have already received the compute and the output. For an unused credit top-up, or an accidental or duplicate purchase, request a refund within 7 days of the purchase.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — use Manage subscription on your billing page, which opens the Dodo customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods except where required by law.

5. How to request a refund

  • Email alpit@exafabs.ai from your account email with the order or receipt details, or
  • Use the refund link on your Dodo receipt.

We respond within 1 business day and process eligible refunds through Dodo.
